All orders will be shipped through a third party shipping company. All merchandise shipped will be insured for the full retail price the purchaser paid. If the merchandise is delivered in a less than satisfactory way or damaged, the purchaser must contact the shipper for reimbursement.

Shipping details are located on the product description. Ship time varies per product.

 

Returns

The Fredericksburg Good Art Company is committed to quality products and your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed!

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 Days of day shipped. The purchaser must notify The Fredericksburg Good Art Company in writing within 48 hours of receiving merchandise of their intent to return merchandise. There will be a 15% restocking fee on all original art purchases. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

If you would prefer to ship your item(s) please pack them in the original tube or box and include the completed Return Instructions form which you will find on the back of the Packing List included with your order. Be sure to specify the reason for the return, and what action you would like us to take.

We strongly encourage you to return your item via a trackable method.

All merchandise returned must be insured for the full retail value through the shipping company.

All custom orders or limited edition giclees are non-refundable.
